Now well into its fifth year Bistro One, situated in the historic Victorian area known as Ebrington Street, near to the University of Plymouth and the Barbican, Chef and Restaurateur Stephen Barrett brings a menu of surprises cooked in a Modern Bistro Style. Sourcing the majority of  ingedients from local suppliers. Stephen and the team continue to deliver dishes that  surprise and delight. We specialise in arranging larger parties with budgets and menus to suit.

Apart from the excellent Veggie Perrins there is no recognised Vegetarian Restaurant in Plymouth. With this in mind we have increased our vegetarian section to accomodate accordingly. We hope to see all interested Vegetarians, Vegans and persons on a Gluten-free diet.
